Having completed his studies in corporate finance, he obtained the federal diploma of Swiss Certified Tax Expert in Zurich. Since 2004, he is Partner and Executive Board Member of Fiduciaria Mega in Lugano; prior to that, he was Director of the Fiscal and Legal Department of PwC.  During his professional career, he managed several extraordinary finance projects for corporate groups and entrepreneurs, with special focus on national and international taxation. He also relies on vast experience in corporate governance and tax compliance related to the financial sector. He is active as MVC’s advisor since the Company’s foundation in 2012, besides being an independent member of its BoD.
